Included in this package is a 1-hour technical support session per month without rollover. For every hour after that, there is a $95/hr rate for subscribed members. The regular price is $125/hr. Need Professional managed email services with Office 365 Software for only $25/month per email account.

 

NOTE: After your purchase, a technician will contact you to onboard your system(s) to our monitoring platform.

 

*Our solution maintains your system and monitors for malfunction and performance. This service is made to be proactive in trying to keep your system up to date to include periodic antivirus scans that will notify our technicians if there is an issue.  If a problem is detected a technician will notify you of the issue via the contact information you provided during the onboarding process. You will have the option of having us resolve it or do it yourself.
