NOTE: After your purchase, a technician will contact you to onboard your system(s) to our monitoring platform. Due to our provided WiFi all cell phones, iPads, and Android tablets are covered under our Umbrella Suite at no additional cost when operating inside the covered address and provided network.

 

*Our solution maintains your systems and monitors for antivirus alerts, technical problems, malfunction and performance issues, and Cyber Security Threats (if you have opted for it or is included in your plan). This service is made to be proactive in trying to keep your system up to date to include periodic antivirus scans that will notify our technicians if there is an issue. If a problem is detected, a technician will notify you of the issue via the contact information you provided during the onboarding process. You will have the option of having us resolve it or do it your self. There is an hourly remote support rate of $75 that will apply for subscribed users.

 

**Wireless network is for standard home/office sizes of 1000-3000 SqFt. Additional coverage can be provided once an assessment has been done at an additional cost. WiFi coverage is based on home/office not having any interference such as concrete walls, electrical interference, or anything else that can prevent signal distribution.
